Google, AI, and What's Next: How Health Organisations get found in AI Search

Search has changed. Patients, funders and partners are asking ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI answers instead of scrolling through ten blue links, and most health organisations have no idea whether they're being recommended, ignored or misrepresented in those answers.

Charlie Clark, founder of award-winning agency Minty Digital, has spent the last few years working out what actually moves the needle in AI search, and for health organisations the stakes are higher than most. Google and AI engines place far more weight on trust, expertise and credibility when the information could affect someone's health or wellbeing.

He's brought this session to Norrsken Barcelona and BrightonSEO, and now he's bringing it to Health Foundry.

What we'll cover

  • Why health content is judged differently by Google and AI engines, and what that means for startups, charities and smaller organisations

  • How LLMs actually pick which health sources to cite, and which credibility and trust signals make the biggest difference

  • How to build expert profiles that are more likely to be quoted and recommended by AI

  • The free route to getting quoted by journalists, including how to build a daily feed of relevant health media opportunities

  • How to check, today, whether your organisation shows up in AI Search engines like ChatGPT, and what to do if it doesn't

  • Five things you can action this week without hiring anyone

The Live Audit
The second
half is hands-on. Submit your site when you register, and Charlie will pull a few up live and give each one a five-minute, no-punches-pulled "here's what's broken and here's what I'd fix first."

Who it's for:
Founders, marketers, charity leads and anyone at Health Foundry responsible for how their organisation gets found. No SEO background needed, as this is built for people who don't do this for a living.

Charlie and the Minty team will be around for questions.
