Programmes Manager & Interim General Manager
Nicky is Health Foundry’s Programmes Manager and Interim General Manger. With experience of startup management and innovation in healthtech, as well as lived experience of chronic illness, Nicky is driven to use her skills to improve health and wellbeing for all.
Beth Hippisley Operations Manager
Beth joined Health Foundry as Operations Manager in April 2019. She manages the day to day operations of the space, ensuring our members have a safe and exciting place to work. Beth has over 10 years experience in the hospitality and property management industry, managing busy high street pubs and student accommodation in London, Bath and Bristol.

Emily Lewis Communications and Community Officer
Emily is our Communications and Community Officer. She has recently graduated university and provides day-to-day support to members, helping with enquiries and working alongside Nicky to deliver social strategies, programmes and events for Health Foundry members.

Sara El Sheekh
Sara El Sheekh is Programmes Assistant, supporting Nicky in the delivery of programmes, events and opportunities for Health Foundry members. Sara has a background in organising cultural events, performing arts, interpreting and hospitality.

A qualified architect, Alice is a co-director of Architecture00, an innovation focused design and strategy practice. Alice has expertise in developing workspaces and projects for micro SME’s across urban design and regeneration, start up enterprise and social/impact investment projects. Her experience includes management and development of Impact Hub Westminster, Islington and Brixton. Alice is a Mayor’s Design Advocate and on the GLA’s Specialist Assistance Team for workspace and regeneration.
