Health Foundry are offering members the chance to have a 45 minute “Service Design Tune-Up” clinic with innovation & service design consultant James Alford.
These clinics will help review and re-define the end-to-end user / buyer / stakeholder journey to deliver services / products that meet the most important un-met needs. The clinic will also help:
- Walk-through User Experience Journey to highlight rational and emotional needs at each step, key outcome desired and interaction points.
- Walk-through Service Design Journey, highlighting what is needed in order to meet these needs through People, Props and Process requirements.
At the end of the session, members will come away with a draft visual Journey map highlighting key interactions, priority features, key requirements to then build on.
