This partnership event between the SHARP service (SLaM) and Health Foundry will discuss how we digitally transform data in order to engage people, boost team moral and help those using services make informed decisions. We show how through effective use of digital design we can get evidence out there in a meaningful way.
One of the projects you will hear about is a digital impact assessment of the SHARP service, created in partnership with Unboxed. SHARP Impact Assessment is an interactive map describing what we do and why it matters, providing qualitative and quantitative evidence of our outcomes.
We aim to show those working in healthcare new ways in which we can combine data with innovative design. We want to tell the story of our service and best show the impact of the work we do.
Unboxed will also talk about their work with Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust to show how this approach can be adapted to support an outcomes driven design of new digital services and improvements to existing pathways.
