As a non-technical founder, building and launching a tech product can be challenging. Should you build a team in-house or work with an agency or manage freelancers yourself? Do you need to build a prototype or a minimum viable product? Guy Brockless will draw upon Creatella's experience co-building over 30 startups, as well as some principles of hypothesis driven entrepreneurship, to explore and explain the options for developing a tech product and some of the common pitfalls founders encounter.
Guy is Creatella's Chief Marketing Officer and works with tech founders advising them in the areas of UX, customer acquisition, engagement and retention. He also co-founded a language learning app, acquiring over 100k users with less than $2k spent.
Lunch will be provided.
